What payment methods do you accept?
All the usual ones -- Visa, MasterCard, Amex. Discover and Diners Club too. And something called JCB. If you want to pay us in Krugerrands or some other way
drop us a note
and we'll work it out.
With paid plans, when will I be billed?
Your first bill will be after your complimentary trial and every month from there on out.

What if I'm not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you get a full refund. Period. No questions asked. We don't want your money if you are not amazingly happy. You may cancel at any time without hassle or fees by
clicking here
and sending us a note.
Can I change or upgrade plans?
Yes. Just click on the buttons at the bottom of each plan. If you downgrade and your previous plan had recurring features, you won't have access to them going forward. If you exceed the limit for a static feature like number of content sources you'll have about a month to get those under the limit. If you have an enterprise account, get in touch with your Tembow representative and we'll talk through your options.
